E-Commerce "NAUPORT"

Developed an online store specializing in the sale of collectible aircraft models. The main goal was to create a convenient and attractive virtual environment for collectors and aviation enthusiasts, where they could find and purchase unique models.

To achieve this goal, I had to conduct a series of important research activities:
- Conducted Market and Target Audience Analysis for the collectible aircraft model market to identify customer needs.
- Performed a Competitive Analysis to understand competitors' assortments and sales approaches.
- Developed an intuitive UX/UI design for user-friendly navigation.
- Defined Functional Requirements for quick product search, viewing, and ordering.
- Conducted Testing and Refinement to ensure proper functionality.
